Mr. Germanoski was born in the good-old state of Ohio, but moved, and mainly spent his time in Pennsylvania. Mr. Germanoski graduated from NC Central with Music Education and NC State with a Masters in School Administration. But his favorite school was UNC, where he received his undergraduate in Performance.
Mr. Germanoski said when asked about why he got into education, “When I was in school I had teachers who believed in me, when no one else did, and I wanted to be there for the kids like my teachers were for me.”
Mr. Germanoski is new here at Clayton Middle School and loves it here. His favorite part about being an assistant principal is talking to the students. “I love being here and wouldn’t trade it for the world. But,” Mr. Germanoski laughingly said,” the biggest problem at school on a day to day basis is ants.”
If Mr. Germanoski could describe himself in one word, he said dependable. His vision for the school, success.
