Clayton vs Cleveland 11/2/16

The Lady Eagles won a hard fought, 3-2 match at Cleveland. We won the first set 25-23, then lost the second, came back to win the third, lost the fourth and won the fifth set for the win. Lauren Callahan, Ella Callahan, Kayla Burbage, Meghan Garner, Taylor Hogg, Dzaria Sanders, and Kaylie Baker, did awesome through each set. With Jayden Kapusta and Leah Duke doing amazing in their sets. The Lady eagles are 7-1 in conference and play their last home game Thursday, November 3rd for the pink out game. Good luck Lady Eagles let's take first.

The Lady Eagles fought super hard to come out with a 3-2 victory over McGees. McGees had won the first 2 sets but the Lady Eagles came back to win the last 3. The starters, Lauren Callahan, Megan Champion, Kayla Burbage, Ella Callahan, Dzaria Sanders, Megan garner and Kaylie Baker, played all 5 sets. Playing all 5 sets they never got down and came back for the win. The game for Wednesday ,against Smithfield, got cancelled due to a wreck in Smithfield. The Lady Eagles play again Monday October 24th away at Riverwood. The Lady Eagles are currently first in our conference and the only team in our conference undefeated. Good luck Lady Eagles!

Clayton vs. Archers Lodge 10/5/16

The Lady Eagles won a hard fought 3-0 game against Archers Lodge yesterday. The starters Lauren Callahan, Megan Champion, Kayla Burbage, Meghan Garner, Dzaria Sanders, and Kaylie Baker fought hard breaking serves and return the ball. The first set ended 17-25. The second set was the same as the first, hard fought and intense, but the Lady Eagles secured the win in the set 22-25. The third set was the same as the others but the Lady eagles kept fighting and pulled through winning the third set 20-25. Winning all the sets and keeping the Lady Eagles undefeated streak, they won the game. They play again Monday October 10th at home against Riverwood. Good luck Lady Eagles!

The Lady Eagles had an outstanding 3-0 win against Cleveland, in their first conference game of the season. Lauren Callahan started off the game with 10 points in a row. The other starters Megan Champion, Megan Garner, Dzaria Sanders, Kaylie Baker, and Kayla Burbage had huge contributions throughout the game and first set. The first set ended 25-11. Along with Josie Sanders, Taylor Hogg, Jayden Kapusta, Sydney Eure, and Ella Callahan with huge contributions throughout the second set and the game. The second set ended 25-15.The third set ended in 25-17. The Lady Eagles play again Wednesday away at Archers Lodge, in their second conference game. Good Luck Lady Eagles!

Clayton vs. Smithfield 9/26/16

The Lady Eagles did any outstanding job againsts Smithfield winning 3 sets to none. Every member on the team got in the game and pitched in. It was a big team effort and a successful win for the Lady Eagles.

Congrats to the Volleyball team on a great 3 sets victory over Meadow.. Every player contributed and it was a great team victory. Lauren Callahan started off the game with an impressing 19 points.

Clayton vs. Selma Wednesday, September 14
The Lady Eagles volleyball team dominated the game Wednesday, Sept. 14th against Selma. Lauren Callahan had the starting serve with 7 aces in a row. The other starting players, Megan Champion, Josie Sanders, Ella Callahan, Kayla Burbage, and D’Zaria Sanders, held up the lead winning the first set 25-7. The Lady Eagles went on a streak winning the 2nd, 3rd and 5th set. In the third set, Taylor Hogg had 14 aces in a row. The 5th set was a close game but the Lady Eagles came out on top with the win. The Lady Eagles had a great first game to start the season. They play at Meadow on Monday, Sept. 19th.
